“法官，整改之后，我也不知道究竟是哪里不契合要求。而且，这房子平常只要我那患有老年痴呆的母亲在寓居，很难及时收到决议书呀！”提到这儿，张栋梁也有些无法。
“您别着急，咱们会再好好了解一下状况的。”童娅琼耐性地安慰张栋梁的心情。
怎么妥善审理案子，化解胶葛？首先得查明现实。挂断电话后，童娅琼致电大街办，对房子状况打开详细问询。
经交流，合议庭了解到，房子地点小区存在不少相似的自行改建状况，均在逐渐整治处理中，小区居民对本案也较为重视。因而，从推进小区管理、保护社区调和的视点动身，更应当实质性化解对立，防止类案胶葛。
改建背面的故事
对此，合议庭决议以审促调，先以开庭方法查明案子现实。

This resolution reflects the strong call of the international community and where it stands on the issue. As the current UN Security Council president, China will do its utmost for restoring peace in Palestine, and get the Security Council to fulfill its responsibility, play its role, build up consensus and take prompt, responsible and meaningful action to ease the current crisis and keep civilians safe. 一、国际商场供需局势剖析
（一）特朗普政府关税方针落地，对豆系盘面注入心情升水
